1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92r6 ("92r6", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 92r6 website, mobile platform, casino games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). 3. Account Registration

• You may hold only one (1) account on the 92r6 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 92r6 account. You must notify 92r6 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. 92r6 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available from the account security settings.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

92r6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits are credited to your 92r6 account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 92r6 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. 92r6 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC documentation) before processing any withdrawal.
• 92r6 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed within the account cashier section and are subject to change at 92r6's discretion.
• Any funds in your 92r6 account that have not been used for gaming activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the account terms displayed in the cashier section.
• 92r6 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

92r6 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly disclosed before you activate any offer. You must fulfil the stated wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through the 92r6 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 92r6 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances provided for in these Terms or specific sport rules.

9. Prohibited Conduct

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92r6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of betting opportunities, or technical failures. 92r6's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Termination & Account Closure

92r6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms or applicable law, or where it is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation. Upon closure of an account, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 92r6 support.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the terms of the platform's operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the 92r6 internal complaints procedure may be referred to a competent arbitration body as specified by the platform's regulatory framework.
